It’s been a long time, but we can assure you we haven’t been resting!

We’ve finally released the eagerly awaited Mac OS X version of FileRide and it’s pretty sweet. Get your copy from www.FileRide.com. Haven’t got an invitation code? Just use the code “cristal” and you’re good to go!

FileRide Mac is tested to run on Leopard and has the same rich feature set as the Windows version except for the integrated YouTube and LastFM players which will be added shortly.

We’re now finalizing and testing the iPhone and Web versions and will update you as soon as they become available!

Meet Lisa. Like most people Lisa has interests! For example, she reads a lot of tech blogs and magazines like Wired. She likes to watch crazy cats on YouTube, has a lot of Picasso pictures, loves 80s synth pop like Devo, and she's currently studying game theory! She is a member of many forums and communities but rarely visits them because they're just too general. One day, a friend introduced her to FileRide - a new type of social network, connecting like-minded people though their files and links. At first, she was skeptical. A program that's scanning files and sending information over the internet seemed kind of scary. But after reading more about FileRide she felt comfortable and decided to try it out! ... By adding her files and links to FileRide, Lisa could start meeting like-minded people without the effort of searching for them. If you're in the mood to meet like-minded people.
